Service desk roles
We regularly recruit roles on our service desk. Here we have IS admin, 1st line support as well as 2nd line support roles. This is the entry point into the department and has allowed colleagues to forge careers in IS. Our service desk fixes colleague tech issues which allow the business to support customers.
