Our 90 customer advisors support 125,000 customers living in 56,000 homes.
Advisors support customers across multiple channels. These include phone, email, live chat and social media. They help customers find a home, report repairs and take feedback on our services.
The environment is fast paced, challenging and immensely rewarding. We empower our advisors to make decisions in the moment.
Our colleagues are confident and enthusiastic communicators. They are happy to lead conversations and want to find the right outcome for our customers. They support us to deliver on our customer promise.
We have a range of roles within our award-winning contact centre. These range from advisors and performance coaches, to knowledge managers and workforce analysts.
Roles in our customer contact centre can be a great launchpad for careers with Home Group. Many advisors move to other brilliant roles including housing managers and leasehold advisors.
