Lara Joisce

Lara has been an independent member of Home Group’s Audit Committee since 2018, before joining the board in 2023.

Having qualified as a certified chartered accountant in 2005, she made the transition from practice to industry, fulfilling senior roles in both UK and US listed companies.

Lara has a wealth of knowledge about Finance as well as significant experience in governance, internal controls, and risk management, and currently holds the position of Group Head of Finance, overseeing Finance and Legal in Logical Holdings Limited and it’s trading subsidiaries.

Lara is also one of the founding trustees of Northern Edge Sports Limited, a North East based charity which equips educators and empowers young people and adults with the vision of creating a future where everyone enjoys the life-changing benefits of play and sport.
