AGM reports

The 29th Annual General Meeting of Home Group Board took place on 30th July 2026 at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle.

The Board received the Financial Accounts and Report of the Board for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. John Cridland CBE was unanimously re-elected as Home Group Chairman and Linda Cullen as Senior Independent Member. Deloitte was appointed the external auditor for the year ending 31 March 2027. 

The Chairman thanked staff and colleagues for their hard work over the year. He acknowledged the retirement of Chief Executive Mark Henderson, thanking him for his years of service to Home Group and welcomed Helen Meehan as the new Chief Executive.
