Find out what happened at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
Home Group held its AGM on 27th July 2023, and a further Special General meeting was held on 21st September 2023 to consider the final audited accounts and balance sheet for the year ended 31st March 2023.
John Cridland CBE was unanimously re-elected as Home Group Chairman and Chris Vallis as Senior Independent Member.
John Cridland thanked all board members, colleagues and the Executive Team at Home Group for all their hard work during the year in what remained very challenging times.
