The 28th Annual General Meeting of Home Group Board took place on 31st July 2025 at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle.
John Cridland CBE was unanimously re-elected as Home Group Chairman and Linda Cullen as Senior Independent Member.
The Chairman thanked the Members of the Board for their work in seeking assurance from the Executive Team and the whole of the Executive Team, led by the Chief Executive for their work in what had been a tough and wearing year, but which had concluded in good results.
