Previously director of maintenance at Home Group, in October 2022, Paul was promoted to Executive Director of Repairs and Maintenance. Having been with Home Group since 2017, Paul's previous experience includes customer service and marketing director for Tyne & Wear Metro and 12 years in the energy service industry at RWE Npower.
