We’re proud to be one of the lead partners in the development consortium, working with Keepmoat Homes, Strata and Priority Space to develop the ambitious Meaux Rise housing scheme in Kingswood, Hull.

Earmarked as a strategic housing development site in the local authority’s aspirational economic vision for the city, the scheme is extending an existing popular residential area, providing 1,600 high specification mixed tenure homes.

In the first development phase, 747 homes will be built by the Lead Development Partners of which Home Group is delivering 188 homes for outright sale through our sales brand Persona Homes and 12 affordable homes. These contemporary new homes offer the very best in quality design and energy-saving features providing highly aspirational living spaces.
