We develop high quality, sustainable homes and vibrant communities designed to last.
Our projects include large development and regeneration schemes and smaller residential homes. We build affordable housing and homes for outright sale through Persona Homes.

We partner with Homes England and the Greater London Authority. We work together to build affordable homes we know our country needs.
Join us and you’ll have a unique opportunity to work as part of our truly collaborative team who manage our new homes and regeneration development projects from start to finish.
Our development roles are combined with delivery roles. From finding new sites to develop, managing construction on site through to handover. You’ll get lots of great experience managing the end-to-end process.
Brilliant at marketing or sales? Join us and generate interest in our new homes. Our sales executives also receive a sales bonus for each home sold.
Why not join our aftercare team? These roles support customers during the first two years in their homes. Our passion for helping our customers doesn’t stop after we hand over the keys.
