Working in complex care
When you're part of our complex care team you're at the heart of supporting our customers to live in the community.
Enjoy award-winning benefits

Want to work for an organisation that really cares and empowers you to help change a customer's life for the better?
Working in complex care, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers to live in the community; helping customers move from living with their family, a hospital or a residential school to live in shared accommodation or a self-contained apartment and supporting customers to live more independently in the community.
Our complex care service supports customers with learning disabilities and/or autism or complex issues including mental health and behaviours of concern. It's a challenging and rewarding role - you'll need to be resilient and up for a challenge to ensure you get the best out of our customers and really make a real difference to them. You'll be empowered to work directly with our customers, being involved in every aspect of their life and working closely with their famillies and support networks too. In exchange we'll offer a huge amount of benefits and ensure you're supported by our flexible and understanding team.
So whether you're in a clinical or support role, we can help you to help our customers achieve their independence and aspirations. Our roles include support workers, health coaches, care workers and clinical roles. And if you can't see role advertised in your area, register your details at the bottom of this page and we'll be in touch as and when roles become available.
Whether you're looking for full time, part time or even casual working hours to fit around your other commitments, we're recruiting now.
