We love hearing from you about what you have been up to.

Here’s a round up from some of our customers.

Taylor Made, Northumberland

Taylor Made, Northumberland

Customers, with a little bit of help from our legal team opened up ‘Taylor Made’ in May to Northumberland supported services customers. Each customer received three tokens to spend on preloved items. Every time they make a rent payment, they get a bonus token.

Wallsend High Street, Operation Respect

Operation respect, Wallsend

We have been working with local organisation (police, fire service, and North Tyneside Council) to help improve customer concerns around things like litter, bulky waste, and ASB. On the 19th of May, we spent time volunteering in the area and engaging with you.

Hamble Court, Watford

Hamble Court, Watford

Our customer assessors were joined by Callum Foster, director of finance when they reassessed a neighbourhood in Watford. Assessors were delighted to be joined by a senior leader. You told us it is really important that leaders visit neighbourhoods, especially those with high complaints.

Engagement In Glasgow

Engagement in Glasgow

Customers helped our engagement team recruit for a new lead engagement advisor in Glasgow. Our Director of Scotland Audrey was involved in the recruitment process too. New team member incoming!
