A lot of cinema’s offer discounted kids tickets, especially over school holidays. 

• Cineworld offer ‘movies for juniors’ discounted weekly screenings of kids films. Prices start at £2.50
• Odeon also do kids screenings where adult tickets are at kids prices
• Vue mini mornings screenings give adults and kids the chance to see family films from £2.49 per ticket

Host a board games session with small prizes for winners. A great way to entertain kids at a low cost. Remember to check local charity shops if you need some new games.

Pets at Home offer free animal workshops ‘my pet pals’ for 4-11 year olds. It includes a free activity sheet, meeting animals and a certificate too.

Stay hydrated for free when you are out and about. If you have a smartphone, you can use the Refill app to find places to top up your water bottle at no cost. Refill connects people with locations where they can eat, drink and shop with less waste. This means you are making a planet-friendly decision too.
