Repairs provider south east (16th March 2022)
Update on repairs in the South East (16 May 2022)
In the South East, our arrangement with our current contractor, MPS, was due to end in October. Because of some issues out of our control, we are going to move to new contractors sooner than we had originally planned.
While we finalise the new arrangements, we will be carrying out more jobs through our own in-house expert team. Where we need it, we will have additional resource from our temporary partner which has a network of checked and vetted local contractors. All of these contractors will carry identification.
What does this mean for your repairs?
- For the next few weeks we will be focussing on emergency repairs and checks. Before you report a repair in May, please consider whether it is urgent. This will help us to manage available resource and make sure we get urgent work completed.
- You do not need to resubmit any existing repairs. You can always check the status of your repair on My Home Account.
It is really important to us that we get repairs and maintenance right and we know that it is important to you too. Thank you for your patience while we get our new partners on board.
Repairs update 15 (March 2021)
Repairs update (15 March 2022)
We are prioritising emergency and safety-related work at the moment. There is also a shortage of certain materials. Together this means some repairs are taking longer to arrange. Customers who have reported a repair are being updated by text. If you have logged a repair we will be in touch. Thanks for your patience.
