Home Group secures affordable homes on sought-after Sunderland site

An exciting new city centre development in Sunderland will boost affordable housing locally after an agreement with housing association Home Group.
A total of 265 homes are being delivered at West Park Quarter by Linden Homes.
These three- and four-bedroom town house style homes are being built in the centre of Sunderland.
Home Group will deliver 10 of the homes as shared ownership homes, with six three-bedroom and four four-bedroom homes available.
They will be sold through Home Group’s Persona Homes outright sales brand, with all profits then reinvested into the delivery of social housing locally.
The first customers are expected to move in from April onwards.
