Meet our team of experts who'll be on hand to guide you through the retrofit process

Steven Thompson, senior retrofit manager
Steven manages retrofit projects from start to finish. His role includes:
- Overseeing planning and design
- Ensuring work follows safety rules and regulations
- Working with contractors, consultants, and teams to keep everything on track
- Securing funding and managing the buying process for materials and services
With over 10 years of experience in construction, Steven has led teams to successfully deliver various building projects.
He holds a degree in Building Surveying, a Higher National Certificate in Construction, and a Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

Vicky Brown, retrofit coordinator
Vicky supports the retrofit team by providing guidance to make sure our retrofit works are safe and compliant.
With over 20 years of experience in construction, she has worked on large-scale new build and home improvement projects across the North East. Her roles have included working with residents, site management, and project management.
Vicky is passionate about creating sustainable and compliant homes. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management and a Level 3 in Energy Efficiency for Traditional and Older Buildings.

Abid Suhag, retrofit coordinator
Abid plays an important role in ensuring our retrofit works are safe and compliant. He has a background in retrofit and sustainability, bringing valuable expertise to the team.
Abid has worked on exciting projects across the UK including refurbishment on listed buildings. He is passionate about retrofit and making a difference to customer homes. He's also committed to supporting sustainability in the construction of future homes.
Abid has a degree in Construction Project Management and is a certified Retrofit Coordinator (level 5). He also holds an IOSH certificate.

Gemma Jackson, assistant retrofit coordinator
Gemma supports the team to ensure that all surveys and documentation are completed before any retrofit work.
Gemma has worked for many years in delivering brilliant customer experience for new build homes. She has a passion for sustainability and has a degree in environmental science. She has completed a course in Retrofit Advice and is working towards a diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.

Liam Jackson, apprentice retrofit assistant
Liam is our apprentice retrofit assistant. He supports our team to make homes more energy-efficient and is learning new skills in the industry. He has a Level 1 Health and Safety in Construction certificate.
