July money saving ideas
Hi, I'm Josh. I'm part of the financial inclusion team here at Home Group. We give customers free, one to one support on all money matters.
We know it’s hard at the moment. Here are some things I'll be doing this month to help my money go further:
- Are you getting a cost of living payment of £326 this month? Make sure you put it on your energy account to help you this Winter
- Claim extra financial help with your energy bills: With the British Gas Energy Fund you can claim up to £1500 if you are in debt with your energy bills and you don't have to be a customer
- Watch this money saving video: Consumer champions, Which, share five easy money saving tips. The video is only 1 minute 53 seconds long and it could save you £1300 a year
- See what free fun is available nearby: Check your local council’s website for free or cheap summer holiday fun and support. Find your local council.
