Intro

On 22nd February the government shared plans to unlock the restrictions that we’ve all been facing since March 2020.

Like you, we’re really looking forward to getting back to normal, but it will take a bit of time to get back to ‘business as usual’ because of some of the restrictions we’ve been working under for the past twelve months.

We’ve worked really hard to deliver a maintenance service throughout the pandemic and it has been, and will continue to be our priority to keep customers and colleagues safe over the past year.

Social distancing and risk assessments have meant that for some periods, we have been prioritising emergency and safety related repairs work. This means some repairs are taking longer to complete (up to 12 weeks for some).

We’ve also spoken to many customers to check in on how you’re feeling and coping. Many of you have told us that you’ve found it really difficult during the past year for a number of reasons. We’re here to help. If you’re worried about finances, our financial inclusion team are here to support you. Find out more about how we can help by visiting our struggling to pay page.

We really appreciate your continued support and we look forward to seeing you even more in 2021.

We know you have questions and we’re sharing the frequently asked ones here. Please keep checking back as we know this situation will continue to change and we will add information when it’s new and helpful.
