Competition Rules

1. How to participate

1.1 To be entered, you must arrange an EPC appointment and allowed access by the 31st January 2026. 

1.2 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

1.3 If you do not wish to be entered into this prize draw, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 0345 141 4663 as detailed in the attached letter. 

1.4 Each household will only have one entry to this promotion

2. Start and closing date

2.1 No purchase is necessary.

2.2 The closing date for this promotion will be Saturday 31st January 2026 at 11.59pm. Appointment Applications received after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

3. Selection of the winners

3.1 Two winners will be drawn at random from all completed entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. This random draw shall be final and no correspondence regarding the results will be entered into.

3.2 Home Group Limited reserves the right to refuse an entry or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the Rules or the Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Rules or the Terms and Conditions.

4. Prize

4.1 Two Apple iPad Air’s - one per household.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.  It does not include any additional costs and expenses. Home Group reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if necessary.

4.3 In the event of a group of customers submitting one entry to the promotion, the group will need to pick one customer to receive the prize.

5. Restrictions and requirements

5.1 Each entrant must be aged 18 or over to enter this promotion, any entrants under 18 years old must have the consent of a parent or guardian. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of an entrant under 18 agree to the terms and conditions on their behalf.

5.2 Each entrant must be resident in UK and be a Home Group (Home in Scotland) customer. 

5.3 Employees of Home Group and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

6. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

6.1 Home Group will notify the winner by telephone or email on or before 2nd February 2026. Home Group will use reasonable endeavours to notify the winner. In the event the winner cannot be contacted and/or does not respond within 14 calendar days of the date of the first attempt to notify the winner, the prize will be forfeited and Home Group will select another winner in accordance with the above. 

6.2 The winner will receive their prize within 28 calendar days of being notified that they have won. 

7. Publicity and personal information

7.1 Home Group will need to collect relevant personal information. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018 when dealing with personal data. This means that entrant’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the law. 8. General

8.1 Home Group reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published.

8.2 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Home Group’s liability for death or personal injury or fraud. Home Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or personal injury or for fraud out of the use of your entry or any part thereof.

8.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
