This service supports people with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Mental health issues
  • Behaviours of concern

Customers live fulfilled and rich lives in their own homes, in their chosen community. Customers are supported into the community from in-patient or long term institutional settings. This includes the transition from residential schools.
