The team reflect on how they’ve dealt with the Coronavirus pandemic so far and look ahead to discuss the strategies to plan for the coming winter. The discussion focusses on supporting frontline services and communicating effectively with both customers with complex care needs and colleagues. All whilst developing a new programme to help transfer customers from the Complex Care programme from institutionalised environments to their own homes in the community.
