Meet our home condition survey team

What is the home condition survey?
A home condition survey is where our team come to your rented home to see if we can improve anything. We don’t want you to miss any works that might be due now or in the future, like updates to your kitchen or bathroom. We also want to make sure that everything in your home is still safe for you.
This service is being tested in a few locations across the UK, and we will look to expand the service soon. But don't worry, we’ll write to you before we visit your area.

Kasia has been with Home Group for six months and covers the areas around Glasgow and Edinburgh. Before Home Group, she worked in several customer facing roles, which makes her perfect for this team.

Scott McMahon
Scotland
Scott joined Home Group earlier this year and covers the areas around Dundee. He also has a lot of experience carrying out these types of surveys across Scotland and looks forward to carrying out more.

Colin Smith
Cumbria and Lancashire
Colin has been with Home Group for six months and covers the northern part of Cumbria and some of Scotland. He has experience across the maintenance sector and has worked in similar roles previously.

Phillip Bailey
Cumbria and Lancashire
Philip has been with Home Group for around two years and has over 35 years of experience in the industry.

David McBurnie
Tyneside and Northumberland
David has held various roles within Home Group and has been with the home condition survey team for around two years. He looks after addresses across Tyneside and Northumberland.

Hayley Welch
Teesside and Durham
Hayley has been with Home Group for about two years and brings a great deal of experience from elsewhere in the sector. She looks after properties across Teesside and Durham.
