Involved Customers At Table

Ways to get involved

There are lots of ways to have your say and help us improve. When you get involved you also meet new people, use your skills and learn new ones too. Activities fit around your work and home life, and we'll cover your out-of-pocket expenses and provide training where needed.

Got 10 minutes...

...join our digital customer group, anyone@home. You could also take part in consultations from the comfort of your own home any time, day or night.

From Homelife magazine to repairs and maintenance, your input will help us understand where we need to improve and we'll learn what's important to you.

How about a couple of hours?

Get involved with a regional viewpoint team where you'll attend meetings either online or in person. You'll scrutinise our services, monitor performance and track progress on customer promise recommendations.

You could also join our national independent complaints panel and investigate customer complaints. You'll review and make recommendations to resolve complaints that have exhausted our complaints process.

Or a free day?

You could help us recruit new colleagues, either online or in person, and help us find the right person for the role.

Or join our customer assessor team and visit our services and neighbourhoods, talking to the customers who live there to measure how well we're delivering our customer promise.

What can I get involved with?

Whatever time you have, from 10 minutes to a whole day there are lots of opportunities to get involved and make a difference...
