Webb Ellis Court, Scarborough

In line with Home Group’s care and clinical support approach, our Webb Ellis Court community wellbeing scheme in Newby, is designed to maximise independence for people over the age of 55. This is achieved through person-centred and reablement focused personal care and a hub that engages with the local community.

Delivered in partnership with North Yorkshire County Council and Scarborough Borough Council who jointly commissioned the project, the development includes 63 one and two bedroom apartments - all for affordable rent, with flexible use communal areas, hair salon, café, restaurant, guest suites, spa bathroom, buggy store and communal gardens. Webb Ellis Court offers 24 hour support for customers should they need it, in addition to a range of interventions through our reablement and lead reablement workers.
