Tom Cuthill

Tom joined Home Group as Head of Maintenance for Scotland in 2024. Before this he worked for Wheatley Group, which he joined in 2008.

Tom has help a range of roles in customer service and business support. He also held roles within property management, and repairs delivery.

Tom brings with him significant experience of leading transformational change. He also has experience in delivering high quality services that put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
