Shona Mitchell

Shona joined Home in Scotland in July 2023. She is responsible for ensuring strategic priorities align with external policy and regulatory environments.

Shona was previously policy lead at the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations for 7 years. She also has many years of experience as a journalist. She also has experience working in both the Scottish and European Parliaments.
