Karen Wolstencroft

Karen has been working in the housing sector for over 30 years. ,She has worked mainly in housing management. She has also been involved in a number of regeneration and new build projects. These included supporting the continued supply of high quality housing and reduction of homelessness.

Karen has been with Home Group for nearly 20 years. She manages all housing management services relating to general needs. She also manages Mid Market Rent and factored properties.

These services include income management. They also include allocations and letting properties, estate management, anti-social behaviour and complaints.
