Nicola Botsh

I have proudly been part of the Home Group community for 10 years. I am based in the South East region and have developed a strong connection to both my building and the wider neighbourhood during this time.

Over time, my home and community have become incredibly important to me. Being part of the committee matters because I genuinely believe that safe, secure, and well-managed homes are the foundation of people being able to live well and thrive.

I am passionate about making sure residents feel listened to, respected, and included in decisions that affect their everyday lives. By working collaboratively with Home Group, I want to help champion transparency, accountability, and positive change, while supporting Home Group’s commitment to building strong communities where everyone feels safe, supported, and proud of where they live.
