Emma is a mental health nurse and medical writer, with experience across healthcare, business, and education. Emma joined the Care and Supported Governance Committee in March 2026 after becoming a Home Group customer.
Emma has oversight of service care quality, risk, and safeguarding. She helps to shape strategic direction across Home Group’s care and support-based services.
Emma has worked across organisations, like the NHS, to drive up care standards. She has strengthened accountability and ensured services are well-managed and customer-focused.
Emma is passionate about improving care and making it accessible for vulnerable groups. She is committed to ensuring that governance translates into meaningful, positive outcomes for all customers.
