I have been a tenant with Home Group in Edinburgh since October 2021.
I joined the Customer Committee at Home Group to provide a customer voice and scrutiny to decision making. I want to ensure the customer is at the forefront of shaping the services provided.
The opportunity to help make a difference in people’s lives was a huge draw to me. Being able to provide oversight from a customer perspective to support Home Group in achieving that is something I take real pride in doing.
