I am a Home Group customer and have been for nearly six years in the North East of England. 

Being a part of the Customer Committee is important to me because I have experienced housing challenges myself and understand how much someone’s home impacts every part of their life. 

As soon as I saw the opportunity, I knew it was something I would genuinely value being involved in. I believe customers’ voices are essential in shaping good housing services. I want to use my experience to help ensure Home Group continues to provide the best possible support and outcomes for the people who rely on it.
