Raquel is a customer experience and operations professional with over 15 years of experience across financial services, banking, membership organisations and the third sector. Experienced in leading customer-facing teams, supporting service operations, contributing to organisational change, and enhancing customer experience through insight, reporting and process improvement. Brings experience from regulated financial services as well as mission-driven organisations with a strong social purpose.

Known for taking a collaborative, customer-focused approach, combining operational delivery with customer journey thinking, stakeholder engagement and data-informed service improvement across both corporate and charity environments.

Raquel is one of our customer board members and has been a Home Group customer in Scotland since 2020. She is passionate about social justice, environmental sustainability, promoting wellbeing, and raising awareness of mental health.
