Helen Forsyth
Chair of Home Group Scotland, appointed September 2026.
Helen has extensive experience in the Scottish housing sector. Helen spent 13 years as Chief Executive of Berwickshire Housing Association and has served as Chair of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA). She is currently a Board member of Castles and Coasts Housing Association and Deputy Chair of South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE), Scotland’s economic and community development agency.
She has also held senior positions with Places for People and Edinvar Housing Association.
Helen has a deep understanding of housing with experience in leadership, governance, community development and regeneration.
