Gillian is an independent housing consultant with nearly 25 years of experience working with local government and registered social landlords, as well as national membership bodies and the Scottish Government.
From frontline housing management to strategic development and business planning, Gillian has extensive experience in strategy and policy review, governance support, improvement planning, customer engagement and project management.
Gillian is passionate about delivering excellent, customer focused services and the potential for landlords to transform lives and communities.
