Catherine is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), with a diverse professional background.  She has over 25 years of experience in planning and development across England and Scotland. 

Her experience includes working in:

Catherine has specialised in strategic land for housing for more than a decade. Her experience covers transforming pipeline sites into viable development opportunities. Her collaboration with stakeholders across sectors has earned her recognition for her strong communication skills.
