Miriam has been a Home Group customer since 2018, bringing valuable first-hand insight into the organisation’s services and the customer experience. She runs her own successful jewellery business and has a strong passion for excellent customer service.
Before becoming self-employed, Miriam gained extensive experience in the third sector. This included strategic management roles that strengthened her skills in leadership, governance, and decision-making. As a Customer Board Member, she is committed to representing the customer voice and contributing to Home Group’s mission of supporting thriving communities.
