Meet our engagement team: Megan

Megan works on our customer engagement team, which supports our customers to get involved in a range of activities, so you can help shape and improve the way we do things.

I’ve worked for Home Group since July 2017. I moved to my role in the customer engagement team in June 2020, as I wanted to be closer to our customers; listening, taking notice and acting more to allow customers more empowerment and influence on all things Home Group.

I’m the regional lead for Tyneside and Northumberland but I also work on national customer engagement. I identify opportunities for engagement and facilitate customer sessions such as our viewpoint teams, scrutiny groups, recruitment and independent complaints panel.

It’s so important that our customers are involved in our decision making and that we are open to feedback and change.

I also really enjoying meeting new people and learning from others’ experiences – once restrictions are lifted I can’t wait to get out on the road and meet more of our wonderful customers in person.
