Our board provides direction for Home Group in Scotland on a national level. As a voluntary customer board member, you would be an active part of the team – sharing your thoughts and discussing ideas to help us improve and deliver for our customers.

Who can apply?
Any Home Group customer in Scotland over the age of 18 can apply. You don’t need to have any specific qualifications or experience, as we’ll give you training and support to become a board member. We’d just like you to have an interest in helping us improve, and be willing to share your thoughts, discuss ideas and learn.
How much time will I need to have?
You’ll need to attend four board meetings per year, plus three to four strategy sessions. These will be held virtually or in person in central Scotland. Each meeting normally lasts around three hours. We can fit any training to become a board member around your schedule.
