Key appointment drives Home Group's new housing growth

Home Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing, has strengthened its position in the private residential sales and shared ownership sector with the appointment of a new head of sales and marketing.

Abi Culley brings more than eight years’ experience and expertise in residential development, valuation, sales and marketing to the position, having previously held roles at sustainable developers Citu and leading provider of residential property services, LSL Property Services plc.

With responsibility for driving the marketing and sales activity for Home Group’s new developments as well as existing sites, she will lead a team providing support throughout the organisation’s current development areas in the North East, Cumbria, Yorkshire and South East of England. A key focus will be on driving sales activity across a number of exciting new sales-led schemes across the London Boroughs.

She said that the organisation’s targeted growth across its new build operations in the next few years was the main reason she was attracted to the role.

“I’m delighted to be joining at an exciting time for Home Group, as we have ambitious plans to grow our private residential sales activity,” she said. “I look forward to being closely involved in supporting this, working alongside a national team to build awareness of our strong brand and sector offering.”
