Colleagues will be promoting Home Group’s Role Models project and telling visitors about job opportunities in our award winning Customer Service Centre.

Home Group Chief Executive, Mark Henderson said: “Our Role Models project is all about celebrating our differences and finding inspiration in other people’s stories, lives, and actions.”.

“Role Models are aware of their potential to influence others and by being open about their lives can help to create more inclusive workplaces. Home Group is a place for everyone, and between us we can support and inspire each other.”

David Molyneux-Johnson, Performance Manager at Home Group’s Customer Service Centre, will be amongst those promoting vacancies. He said: “We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who have the ability to make every customer feel that they are valued, whether by phone, email, smartphone app, webchat, or social media.

“Home Group is diverse and diversity brings great gifts, enables us to learn more about one another, as well as challenging stereotypes, prejudice and ignorance.”

Home Group colleagues are provided with a comprehensive and competitive pay and benefits package as part of our rewards scheme. They also have access to Pride@Home, our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Network, which offers a chance to share interesting and positive stories across the organisation.

“Home Group is a place you can be yourself,” said Ronika Cunningham, Involvement Manager and Pride@Home founder. “It’s never crossed my mind not to tell people that I’m a lesbian. Never be oppressed by who you are. Find your tribe; find people like you and be proud.”
