Ways to pay

You need to set up a Direct Debit with us to ensure your rent is paid on time.

Receiving and making payments through your bank account is the simplest way to pay your rent and takes the worry away. The Direct Debit Guarantee means that we can only collect the amount on the day we agreed with you. If this needs to change then we will always write to you to let you know in advance.

Another way of paying directly through your bank is a standing order, saving you valuable time. Unlike Direct Debit, you will need to ask your bank to amend your payments when they need to change.



We can help you get access to a bank account if you don't already have one.
  • For one off payments where you have a bank account you can choose from:

    • •    Online – you can view your account balance and make payments using your debit card at any time of the day or night by opening a self-service account;
      •    Mobile – using the Allpay app (download from your Microsoft, Apple, and Google Play app store);
      •    Telephone – Direct to Home Group call 0345 141 4663 (Monday to Friday between 7am and 8pm and Saturday between 8am and 12pm);
      •    Cheque / postal order – payable to Home Group Ltd with your name, address and payment reference on the back. Send cheques to Home Group Ltd, 2 Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8ET.
  • If you don't have a bank account then you can choose from:

    • •    Online at www.allpayments.net. You will be required to enter your Allpay swipe card number;
      •    Telephone – 24hrs a day (automated) call 0844 557 8321. You will be required to enter you Allpay swipe card number;
      •    Allpay card – using the Allpay card sent to you when you first become a customer you can pay at a post office or any shop displaying the PayPoint logo.
