How we adhere to regulations

We are required to provide the regulator with certain information on a regular basis. This includes financial and statistical data.

This information provides the regulators with assurance of our ongoing compliance to standards.

 

 

We have a suite of operational policies that are developed in line with all relevant regulation and legislation.

 

 

Self-assessment tools used by all operational managers to annually assess their area’s compliance with standards.

 

 

The results of these assessments feed into the annual review produced for customers and clients.

 

 

The Homes and Communities Agency asks all Registered Providers to produce a Value for Money self-assessment to set out how providers adhere to the Value for Money Standard.
