We know your time is precious, so we’ve introduced a great new way to report any non-emergency repairs quickly, at any time. Our app is free to download, easy to use and available on both Apple and Android phones.

What happens after I have submitted a report?

Our Customer Service Advisors will review your report and get back to you to confirm an appointment time for your repair to be fixed. You’ll receive a notification on your phone to let you know they’ve replied.

If you need to discuss your appointment further, you can reply via the app.

What else can the app do?

You’ll find loads more useful information and advice via the app, including news and events from Home Group in your area, information from the Department for Work and Pensions about Universal Credit and links to job searches and travel information where you live. You can even request a Direct Debit form or report anti-social behaviour.

Your repair request will be reviewed during our customer service centre’s opening hours of Monday-Friday 7am-8pm or Saturday 8am-12noon.
