What should I do when I receive my login details?

When you first log in, you will be prompted to reset your login details to ensure maximum account security - you will need a valid email address and password.  It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential to protect access to iReceivables.

If any of the information held about you is incorrect when you log in, please e-mail us at incomemanagementteam@homegroup.org.uk to let us know what needs to be changed.
