If you have provided Home Group with an e-mail address, your invoices will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provided to receive these emails - please note that this is not necessarily the email address that you have provided for iReceivables.

If you haven’t provided an e-mail address, you will continue to receive your invoices by post.

If you haven’t provided an e-mail address, but would like to receive your invoices by e-mail in the future, please send your customer account number, site number and e-mail address to us at incomemanagementteam@homegroup.org.uk.
