Do I need special hardware or software to use iReceivables?


You will need a laptop or desktop computer, internet access, a valid email address and a recognised  web browser to use iReceivables.  You should make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser.

If you need to download information from iReceivables you should make sure you have the right software installed on your computer.  For example, if you choose to download information in Excel, it will only work if Excel is installed. You can choose to download information in PDF, RTF, Excel and HTML formats.
