I’m not sure whether I’m receiving email notifications. What should I do?


You should log in to iSupplier Portal, and check whether your Worklist shows any notifications that you haven’t also received by email.

If there are notifications in your Worklist which you haven’t received by email, you should check whether your iSupplier Portal account is sending emails to the correct email address(es).

If your iSupplier Portal account is sending emails to your preferred address, please check the ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder of your email account to check whether iSupplier Portal email notifications are being filtered into these folders. If so, please follow the guidance of your email provider on how to prevent this from happening.

Following this, if you are still experiencing problems, please contact our IS service desk by emailing or calling 0845 1553222 and selecting option 5.
