Your account will be made inactive for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Your agreement with Home Group has ended, or Home Group no longer transact with you.
  • A query has been raised against your account.
  • You have requested that your account should be made inactive.
If your account has been made inactive, and you don’t understand the reason, please contact our IS service desk by emailing ISservicedesk@homegroup.org.uk or calling 0845 1553222 and selecting option 5.
