I have lost or damaged my keys - how do I get another set?

Home Group does not hold any copies of keys to your property. 

On sign up, you will be given the only set of keys to your property. 

If you lose your keys or your keys are stolen or damaged (whether it be through fault of your own or not) you will be charged for the cost of replacing your locks. 

This work will not be carried out until you have made the payment in full - except in circumstances when it would cause a health and safety risk (for example, it is the only exit from your home). 

In this case, you will be expected to make the full payment once the works have been carried out.
