What should I do if one of our team members with iSupplier Portal access leaves?

Answer


To complete this task you will need ‘Supplier Profile and User Manager’ responsibility.

If the team member leaves your organisation, or you no longer require them to have access to iSupplier Portal, all you need to do is enter an inactive date against that team member. This will remove access, but you should note that this may not happen with immediate effect. 

Please also note that you can’t use the same e-mail address for more than one contact.
