How to make a complaint

We don't just want to hear about the good stuff, we also want to know when things could have gone better.If something hasn't lived up to your expectations then get in touch and we'll do all we can to resolve the problem. You can get in touch with us using our enquiry form.

We also understand there are times when you'l like to make a formal complaint. We have separate complaint handling processes, one for English customers and one that applies in Scotland.
