Customer Service level 2 and 3

Customer service is relevant to hundreds of job roles, so it's a great foundation for getting into any industry, from retail or banking, to hospitality or healthcare. You could become a customer service assistant, customer relationship manager or senior advisor.

As a customer service apprentice, you will be at the heart of the business, often the face or voice of a company.  A customer service apprenticeship opens doors to a variety of different career paths helping you gain the transferable skills that can be applied to a number of roles.

There are fantastic progression opportunities and routes to help you upskill and further your career. This apprenticeship will ensure that you have the skills to tackle customer issues with confidence and be commercially aware of the importance of delivering a positive customer experience.

We'll help you get ready for a job in industry or further study, by giving you the knowledge and skills you need. You'll be supported by a dedicated Assessor and Tutor. You will learn alongside your Assessor through a blended learning approach, including face-to-face, webinars, Skype, eLearning and telephone interactions.

Some of the units you might complete are:

  • Maintain a positive and customer friendly attitude
  • Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls from customers
  • Deliver reliable customer service
  • Process information about customers
  • Develop customer relationships
