Contact Centre Operations covers all areas of operation, from call handling, IT support, helpdesk and training.

Our Contact Centre Operations Apprenticeships are ideal for staff working in any contact centre environment including sales, helpdesk support or account management. They address a wide range of skills essential for working in this fast-paced environment, including how to: 

  • Develop personal effectiveness
  • Ensure organisational effectiveness
  • Operate Contact Centre systems
  • Deliver in a more professional manner
  • Create a consistent approach
  • Obtain and analyse information
  • Handle objections

 We'll help you get ready for a job in industry or further study, by giving you the knowledge and skills you need. You'll be supported by a dedicated Assessor and Tutor. You will learn alongside your Assessor through a blended learning approach, including face-to-face, webinars, Skype, eLearning and telephone interactions.
